Job Description
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services/products by either visiting or contacting customers in all, Bitumen, Base oil, Urea, Polymer products & fields
- Create, maintain, and update vendor information
- Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing meetings or communicating with existing or potential customers
- set meeting with prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalog and to inform them about product pricing, availability and advantages
- Establish new accounts by answering telephone, fax, email inquiries;
verifying and entering information
- Monitoring customer preference
- Establish and maintain a relationship with current and potential customers
- Evaluating all related tenders and taking appropriate action
- Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Providing Technical/Commercial proposals to customers
- Familiar with the industrial market (preferably Bitumen, construction &…)
