Job Description

* Follow up sales process from beginning to end
* Getting purchase order from customers
* Issuance of sales documents and tracking of customers' payments.
* Record customers reputations and information
* Familiar with all activity related to sales and marketing, communicating with current, potential and new customers based on their demands, in order to grow companies customers
* Check and analysis of current market situations and Monitor competitors
* Find new ways to attract customers, planning and doing sales negotiation and developing market
* Having problem analysis and problem-solving skills, register the problem and offer alternative solutions to attain customer satisfaction based on ISO 10002:2018
* Familiar with inventory control and warehouse processes related to sales
* Prepare sales report and submit it to manager
