Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Managing all marketing and sales for the company and activities within the sales & marketing department - Create and own the organization’s marketing and Sale and communications strategy. - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity & develop annual marketing plans and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve system commitments for Nilbarg brand. - Using key account management techniques to implement and develop sales schemes in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels with the aim of maximizing sales volumes. - Business analysis& react to business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities. - Oversee and provide direction to market and competitor analysis - Provide leadership, direction, and management of the market research function - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Requirements
- MSc/BA in management/business or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant FMCG & 5 years of experience in a manager position
- Ideal age: 35-45
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
