Job Description

- Leading and controlling the sales team.
- Overall planning of sales of products.
- Participating in setting targets to keep and improve market share.
- Identifying of new markets and strengths and weakness points.
- Preparation of marketing plan.
- Analyzing consumer behavior and adjust suitable marketing plan accordingly.
- Collecting and analyzing market information including competitors' activities, market trends, etc.
- Customer Relation Management.
- Analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommencing selling prices.
- Evaluating of customers satisfaction and preparing of increasing satisfaction.
- Planning and directing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Reviewing operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Preparing monthly and annual plans and reports.
- Preparing and Monitoring the periodical sales reports.
- Preparation and designing of needed sales reports for company’s top managers.

Requirements

- At least 7 years of experience in sales management preferably in the field of pharmaceutical and related fields. - Master Degree/PHD, preferably Sales or Marketing related education from the reputable universities. - Product Knowledge and understanding of the market. - Active and motivated. - Great communications skills, team player, customer-centric, and result-oriented. - Ability to guide and lead.
