Job Description

•Main Objective:
Our company works in Poultry and Animal feed and supplements field. We need an expert for our Sales system that could work and manage reginal sales of our company

•Main Responsibilities:
-Identify customer and communicate effectively with them
-Manage customer in related reginal (Call and communicate with potential customers via phone Is necessary
-Persuade customer until sell is done and follow them after sale to make that customer sustain
-Track financial payment until customers meet their financial obligations on time
-Provide documentation of every communication in CRM system
-Provide logistic support to make sure product reach the customers in time
-Provide consult when customer needs it (we will teach technical point for this item
-Work closely with other sales experts, financial unit and customer support unit
-Periodically travel will needed to keep connection with customers and marketing
-Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30a.m. to 17:00p.m. / Thursdays: 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Management, Food Science) -At least 3 years’ experience (work in animal & poultry industry is a plus) -Good communication, negotiation and social skills -Ability to handle working pressure and reach sales point of organization -Good persuasion ability in face to face and by phone - Ability to tolerate some customers negative attitude and talk them with respect -Self-management and restlessness in sell -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 35
