Job Description

- Arranging the customer ID
- Periodic review of customers' accounts
- Following up the customer's complaint
- Handling uncertain accounts and remittances
- Zero cross-sectional settlement of the customer's account
- Accurate knowledge of the customer's quality desire
- Dealing with low-circulation and high-circulation items, warehouse items, waste items and undecided return items
- Controlling the balance of sales and production
- Settlement of customers' accounts until the 15th of the next month
- Writing and documenting any kind of agreement with the customer
- Writing the financial and credit status of each customer once every 6 months
- Planning to visit the client's workplace in person
- Timely registration and timely cancellation of orders
- Supervising and recognizing the daily production report
- Responding to reports submitted from finance and management
- Paying attention to customers' trust accounts
- Updating scientific and technical information.
- Reporting to: Relevant supervisor and manager.
- Subordinates: No one.
- Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
- Working hours: 8 hours.

- Gross Monthly Base Salary: About 3 to 4 million rials .

- University Qualifications: BS. - Nature and length of previous experience: Sales & Marketing. - Specialist knowledge: Strong articulation - High ability to negotiate over the phone. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Cleaver, regular, accurate, consistent.
