Job Description
- Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
- Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; transfer inquiries to the appropriate person
- Document management, send and receive fax, copy, distribute
- Making calls on behalf of managers to communicate information to customers, to schedule appointments or to follow up
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Generating sales leads .
- Technical support before and after sales.
- Sales expert is in charge of A to Z of advertising, marketing, negotiation, sales, preparing relevant documents like invoice, technical support and after sales customer services for selling Mechanical and instrumentation such as (Valve, Piping, Fitting, Flange, Gasket, Instruments). So candidates MUST have good knowledge of Mechanical/Chemical Engineering and they MUST have professional sales skills too.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
- Follow up with existing customers on their requirements.
- Explore new markets, identify and develop new accounts.
- Make and develop presentations of company's products and services to current and potential customers.
- Carry out market research and survey on sales and activities.
- Prepare price offers, invoices ,Negotiation with the clients
- Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices and payments.
