Job Description

- Exploring new targets in the shipping market to approach
- Participating in setting targets to keep and improve market share
- Preparation of marketing plan
- Leading and controlling the sales team
- Monitoring the periodical sales reports
- Preparation and designing of needed sales reports for company’s top managers
- Customer Relation Management
- Gathering information about the everyday changes of the market, customers and competitors as well as service suppliers
- Developing and implementing seasonal campaigns and launches marketing events and activities
- Responsible for the entire sales and marketing initiatives for the company
- Analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommencing selling prices, monitoring costs, etc.
- Innovation on sales and marketing procedures

Requirements

- Excellent level in all skills of English - At least 2 years of experience in related job position - Excellent Knowledge of market (international transportation, included all categories) - Organizational and planning skills - Team Leadership skills - Good Knowledge of Target Markets and Industries - Customer Relation skills - Marketing and Sales skills - University qualification - Excellent knowledge in MS Office
