- Development of pricing strategies
- Identifying and analyzing of marketing and sales opportunities
- Preparation of marketing plan
- Identifying of new markets and strengths and weakness points
- Leading and controlling the sales team
- Preparing and Monitoring the periodical sales reports
- Participating in setting targets to keep and improve market share
- Preparation and designing of needed sales reports for company’s top managers
- Customer Relation Management
- Gathering information about the everyday customers and competitors as well as service suppliers and changes of the market and preparing of
- Developing and implementing seasonal campaigns and launches marketing events and activities
- Responsible for the entire sales and marketing initiatives for the company
- Analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommencing selling prices,
- Communicate with various customers both in person and by telephone
- Having innovation on sales and marketing procedures
- Evaluation of customers satisfaction and preparing of increasing satisfaction
- Finding new and potential customers
- Possibility of traveling and working in offices outside
- Fluent in B2B and FMCG sales
- Meet and exceed KPI's and sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Petroleum or Chemical engineering and Industrial engineering and management - At least 7 years of experience in related job position - Excellent Knowledge of market and sales(international transportation, included all categories) - Organizational and planning skills - Team Leadership and systematic thinking and knowledge management skills - Good Knowledge of Target Markets and Industries and strategies and tactics - Being creative - Customer Relation skills - Marketing and Sales skills - Excellent knowledge in MS Office - Fluent in all skills of English - Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45 benefit: - Provide a car
