- Managing all sales activities - Analyze consumer behavior and adjust suitable marketing plan accordingly - Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand customers and firming strong presence - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely - Search for prospects and start negotiations to increase sales - Preparing monthly and annual plans and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years sales management experience
- Having a bachelor's or master's degree in management or related subjects (The chemistry holder certificate is in priority)
- Being ready for extra hard work
- Having a strategic and problem-solving mind
- Selling skills
- Efficiency of MS Office applications
- People with work experience in API and Excipients sales EXTRA have priority
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, effectively at all organization levels and outside
