- Accountable for achieving an annual sales target of the specific sales group within agreed budget and plan. - Responsible for coaching, developing, and managing our existing sales team for effective coverage of the Iranian market and to optimize sales execution to exceed sales and profit targets. - Also responsible for developing and communicating sales plans/strategies/objectives. - Develops own relationships with key customers to augment selling effort and negotiates contracts with customers. - Provides visible leadership of the sales team, working in the field with all levels of sales personnel and customers.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- MBA preferred
- English written and spoken fluently
- Sales experience in related business preferred
- Previous leadership experience is essential
- Demonstrated results in executing strategic plans, action items, and tasks to further the company's short and long-term objectives. Results-oriented.
- Can lead others to execute successfully.
- Understands and can articulate/communicate key competitors differentiating factors, strategic initiatives, competitive positioning, pricing, market share, etc.
- Demonstrates excellence in oral communication skills.
