Job Description

PREPARING OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTS
Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
Arrangement of meeting and any office works
Archiving the documents
Provide full secretarial & administrative support
Prepare correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, reports

Requirements

Familiar with Automation Systems and expert in office skills Ideal Age: 25-40 years old At least 5 years of experience Education: Diploma or Bachelor Office skills: Advanced be required to type at high speeds provide full secretarial & administrative support
