• Provide full secretarial & administrative support.
• Manage office related affairs, documentation and communications.
• Maintaining corporate files.
• preparing letters.
• Organize and coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, conferences, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars.
• Type & dispatch required letters.

Requirements

• Computer and typing experience ( Farsi and English keyboards) • Word- Excel- PP • Self-motivated, disciplined and hardworking • Team work • Basics of English • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
