- Answering and record phone calls and messages - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms - Classification and archiving of documents and letters - Coordinate office management activities - Registration & control of incoming and outgoing letters and packages - Prepare report and submit it to manager
Working Hour: - Saturday to Wednesday: 8:30 to 17 - Thursday: 8:30 to 12:30
Location: - Tehran, Ghaem Magham St. - Business trip: Rarely possible.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Familiar with English
- Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM
- Mastery of the principles of correspondence
- Mastery of the principles of archiving and secretariat
- Having related Job experience
