Job Description

- Organizing, planning and following up activities related to internal management and accepting some managerial responsibilities in closer cooperation with management
- Follow up management decisions with relevant people and make the necessary arrangements
- Manage all communications and correspondence, including phone calls, faxes and emails
- Keep schedules, schedules, and staff and guest meeting requests
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Working hours : 8am - 4:30pm. (Full Time) / Thursdays 8am - 1:30pm

Requirements

- Good communication - Fluent in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, correspondence, etc.) - Good verbal and written communication skills - Pay close attention to detail - Knowledge of performance of general office equipment - Organization and time management skills - Suitable Appearance - Flexibility - Good memory and presence of mind - Confidentiality an administrative activities - Observe work discipline and punctuality
