Job Description

-Responsible for training need assessment, planning, providing training, and periodically evaluate training effectiveness.
-Monitoring and controlling the training plan of individuals in case of new hiring, promotion, rotation,… and updating the training profile of participants constantly.
-Responsible for the design and execution of the training programs, prepare and report training budget quarterly.
-Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
-Organize pre-training logistics such as facilities, audio visual support and scheduling training as needed.
-Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
-Maintain personnel training records.
-update the relevant SOPs and forms with improved processes, procedures, and documentation; review procedure documents frequently for accuracy and efficiency.
-Planning and conducting virtual training

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Management and other related fields. - Minimum three years of experience as training specialist or similar role in the professional environment. - Familiar with ISO10015. - A well-structured working style and excellent at coordinating and following up with stakeholders. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Excellent interpersonal savvy and work as a communicative team player. - Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
