- Acting as the contact point for clients within the company - Forming an effective interaction with clients - Proposing new marketing and retention initiatives for customer retention - Studying and analyzing the contracts in order to define the best services to deliver - Cooperating with market analysis teams in order to define new marketing initiatives - Preparing new marketing plan for each companys branch based on the main contract with banks - Analyzing and defining clients future needs and proposing new plans to meet them - Analyzing marketing plans in terms effectiveness - Preparing and presenting statistical reports for company and clients
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, MBA, E-commerce or other related fields from credible universities
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as an account manager
- Familiar with payment and banking industry
- Good communication skills
- Great capacity to work on a team
- Good command of English
