Job Description

- Engage with consumers with the relevant concept when and where consumers are receptive and activate brand big ideas by creating attractive and rewarding brand experience. While ensuring all brand communication are in line with company trusted image.
- Contribute to develop and execute flawlessly strong activation plan aligned with brands business objectives.
- Contribute to bringing ACT’s brands big idea to life in the mind of our consumers through on-ground activation, delight with products experience and ensure engagement concepts are in line with ACT brands engagement strategy.
- Develop locally relevant tactical activation plan in line with regional strategic activation & brand engagement strategy and ensure continues update of country event calendar.
- Delight consumers with service experience, by supporting ACT complaint handling SOP.

Requirements

- 5 years’ experience in brand activation and event management - Advanced communication skills - Understand target consumers of each brand deeply, and where they are located in the consumer engagement funnel. - Understand business impact of PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expense) and investment of brand to leverage on resources maximize ROI. - Fluent in English language (both written and verbal) - Result Focus and have critical thinking approach - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
