Job Description

We need 3 dedicated business managers to run our 3 lines of business. The scope of work for each of them is exactly like a CEO, but they will focus on business line (category) in DAMOON.
You will help building and running a company which intends to enable Iranian factories and businesses succeed and get ready for international market, by offering them great services and products.
These are the 3 business line in our company:
- Industrial Hypermarket (Supplying Industrial Equipment to Iranian Factories)
- Cold Room construction
- Supplying oil & gas equipment
You don’t necessary need any special technical skill to success in these roles, but you need to be know why a business succeed, how to do business with integrity, and what NOT to do

Duties:
• Working with all departments (marketing, IT, Sales, Accounting, and etc.) in a matrix
organizational structure
• Monitoring the performance of employees in the business line
• Design a work plan and organize employees in the business line
• Effective communication with managers of different parts of the organization
• Design methods to increase profitability and market share in the business line
