Job Description

- Organizing, planning and following up activities related to internal management and accepting some managerial responsibilities in closer cooperation with management
- Follow up management decisions with relevant people and make the necessary arrangements
- Manage all communications and correspondence, including phone calls, faxes and emails
- Keep schedules, schedules, and staff and guest meeting requests
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports

Requirements

- bachelor's degree in related fields - At least 4 years of related experience - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Professional skills including time management, interpersonal ability, and customer service management - Ability to follow several tasks within the deadline - committed, integrated, and informed - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills - Professional level verbal and written communications skills - Female, Maximum age between 30 to 40
