Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties (managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence, agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Type & dispatch required letters.
- Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by managing director
- Coordinates office management activities

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent MS Office knowledge - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Fluent in English
