• Fluent on Commercial and supply chain affairs
• Familiarity with the clothing and textile industry

• Identifying and sourcing suppliers, corresponding and communicating with them and suggesting the best options
• Carrying out all matters related to the purchase of materials, order registration, opening credit and following up matters related to customs until the goods enter the company's warehouse and request a pre-invoice and other necessary documents for purchase and transportation
• Research, offer and develop target markets
• Carrying out initial negotiations and cooperation in concluding contracts with selected suppliers
• Select the correct order point by contacting the factory and information about inventory.
• Preparation and arrangement of contracts and agreements with the coordination of the superior manager
• Control and approval of contracts and documents of the commercial unit and make the necessary coordination
• Observing the principles as well as reviewing the arrangement of suppliers' contracts in order to improve the quality level of the purchased goods
• Synchronizing orders by reviewing existing goods, goods on the way and registering new orders
• Prepare a transport plan
• Carrying out expert studies on the situation of domestic and foreign target markets and analyzing suppliers, contacts and potential and actual competitors for decision making
• Carrying out correspondence, following up with internal and external sources and parties related to the affairs assigned to the unit, with coordination and obtaining permission from superiors
• Prepare continuous reports for the group CEO
• Carrying out a mission for international negotiations
• Familiarity with warehousing and accounting processes
• Coordinator for the supply of non-existent goods

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Management • Gender: Male • Education: At least a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management • Strategic sales planning and operational evaluation of sales and sales performance based on the goals of the organization • Familiarity with negotiation techniques • Fluent in English • Fluent in MS office • Goal - Oriented • Motivated
