Job Description

- Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups.
- Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures.
- Taking the necessary quotations from suppliers in accordance with Company Purchasing Procedures.
- Sourcing capable resources in accordance with the scope of work and commercial qualifications.
- Preparing related reports to the procurement activities progress.
- Managing suppliers and make sure the best in price and quality are delivered.
- Negotiate with clients to meet their requirements
- Communicate effectively with commercial team
- Communicate effectively with tender team to prepare technical proposals
- Finding new and potential customers

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience as a commercial manager - Full familiarity with issues related to domestic and foreign sales - Familiarity with purchase instructions and supply chain - Familiarity with the rules of tenders and exchange - Good computer skills - English fluency - High communication and negotiation skill - Team player with high organizational skills - Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible and cooperative - Military service status should be completed.
