Job description:
- Leading, controlling, managing and training customer service team
- Develop programs to attract, retain and expend customer relationships.
- Creating special ideas in orders to create distinctive solutions
- Apply specific and customized behaviors to strategic customer
- Follow up and solve customer problems and requests to get results
- Establish regular and organized communication and establish a stable and long-term relationship with customer
- Manage customer needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Update export regulations and provide instructions to other units
- Monitoring and reviewing the process of sending shipments

Requirements
