- Support employee retention goals through regional team performance, performance evaluations & individual mentoring
- Identify opportunities for departmental & company-wide improvement & solve for team issues and creates a tactical road-map to ensure execution

- Analyzing digital marketing campaigns and producing relevant reports
- Planning for, executing and maintaining presence in social media
-Planning for and organizing the website, SEO, email, social media and advertising campaigns
-Strong command of current marketing tools and strategies
-Pitching creative ideas and strategies for development
-Setting goals, deploying them and measuring the companies strive toward achieving them
- Assessing customers experience through all channels CRM

Requirements

-BS or MS in marketing or relative subjects -Proven experience in Digital Marketing -Proven experience in leading SEO/SEM, Email, social media and other marketing campaigns -Proven creative and experienced in scoping target audience and organizing digital campaigns interact with, inform and motivate the audience -Experienced in A/B testing and multivariate testing -Strong command of website traffic data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends -Knowledge of applying all advertising instruments -Experienced in Google Adwords campaigns and optimizing them -Working knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS -Great analysis and problem solving based on data -Up to date with the latest trends, techniques and tools in assessing and performing online marketing
