Job Description
- Observance of administrative instruction and regulations related to activities.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members.
- Typing, preparing and archiving reports.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Making travel arrangements, typing letters, making presentations, putting information into our database.
- Logging or processing bills or expenses.
- Keeping up to date with schedules and event calendars.
- Perform administrative activities, handle and follow-up travel arrangements & other logistical support
- Coordinating with different divisions
- Manage office supplies
- Assisting managers in daily tasks.

Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field
- Fluent in MS Office
- High Public Relationship
- Adequate accounting knowledge
- Flexible in working hours
- Accurate, regular and consistent
- Active and Energetic
- Patient and flexible

Age: Preferably between 30 – 40 years
- Competent English knowledge
- 3 Months’ Probation may apply

Location: Tehran - Karmikhan St.


Requirements

University Qualifications: At least Bachelor's degree. Nature and length of previous experience: -High Public Relationship - Flexible in working hours -regular and consistent -Active and Energetic -Patient and flexible. Specialist knowledge: Fluent in MS Office - Adequate accounting knowledge.
