Job Description
• Identify, design and update policies and procedures of all HR systems and processes such as: recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, evaluation appraisal system, training and development program, payroll system, reward and compensation system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and maintenance system.
• Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs
• Performing job analysis & evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purposes
• Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
• Organizing all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, SSO, PIT (Salary Tax) ,insurance and manage company payroll issues
• Formulating training policies, programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company processes, business systems or changes in products, procedures or services
• Maintaining records and preparing statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees
• Designing and conducting motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction
• Master Degree --- University degree, MBA, or Industrial
Engineering
• Minimum work experience of 2 years
• Professional knowledge of all HR areas
• Ability to lead and direct people
• Analytical thinking style
• Ability to communicate and present effectively
• English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office
