- Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills.
- Preparation of HR Policies & Procedures and keeping them update
- Being able enough to study, research and present professional analysis about Human Resources Management
- Executing of Employee Performance Appraisal and Implementing other related actions
- Offer Technical/General training programs to improve job skills for HQ & Factories
- Being able to prepare analytical reports
- Reviewing the Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes

Requirements

- Familiar with preparing Employee Development Plans, C&B, Job Grading, Recruitment & Retention - Preferably B.S./ M.S. in Human Resources or relevant field - 5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role. - Result oriented - Excellent communication skills - Strong networking abilities - High flexibility - Expert in M.S. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) - Ideal Age Range: 32- 40
