Requirements
- Familiar with preparing Employee Development Plans, C&B, Job Grading, Recruitment & Retention
- Preferably B.S./ M.S. in Human Resources or relevant field
- 5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role.
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking abilities
- High flexibility
- Expert in M.S. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
