Job Description

- Manage the full recruiting life-cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation
- Identify and assess training needs. Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Responsible for data/file management processes related to new hire and termination process across all related databases for all personnel
- Coordinate all new hire orientation activities related to the scheduling and preparation of new hire materials, overseeing checklists for all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees
- Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, misconduct, and any problem resolution

Requirements

- At least 3 years of related experience - Exceptional communication skills - The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented - Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM & Thursday: 8 Am - 12 PM
