Legal and functional affairs
- Do things related to human resource strategic management
- Periodical and continuous re-engineering, reviewing and troubleshooting of job processes -Identifying, development, establishing and modification of suitable and effective processes and methods
- Insuring about/on the correct performing of the quality management system's requirements
- Preparation of management reports -Set up meeting for identifying & solving problems
-Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation
- Insurance affairs

- Familiar with strategic human resource planning - Expert in business management related processes - Expert in the system of performance appraisal and employee empowerment - Familiar with succession topics - Familiar with personal development program and talent development and coaching systems - Familiar with knowledge management topics - Familiar with APQC
