•Main Responsibilities: -Human resource selection process (recruitment of advertisement text, publication of announcement, resume review, interview) -Payment, tax and salary -Setting up work contracts -Registration and archiving of documents -Training (educational needs assessment, follow-up training classes) -Preparation of statistical reports and their analysis -Primary job interview -Performance evaluation and analysis -Contribution in designing organizational structure and job evaluation -Reporting to: HR manager -Length of Probation Period: 2 Months -Gross Monthly Base Salary: 3 million Tomans
Requirements
-MS or MA in human resource management, MBA, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Psychology
