Job Description

•Main Objective:
We need a fresh and talented junior HR expert for works in all HR process. She/he will has a good opportunity to learning with best practices and experts in this field

•Main Responsibilities:
-Human resource selection process (recruitment of advertisement text, publication of announcement, resume review, interview)
-Payment, tax and salary
-Setting up work contracts
-Registration and archiving of documents
-Training (educational needs assessment, follow-up training classes)
-Preparation of statistical reports and their analysis
-Primary job interview
-Performance evaluation and analysis
-Contribution in designing organizational structure and job evaluation
-Reporting to: HR manager
-Length of Probation Period: 2 Months
-Gross Monthly Base Salary: 3 million Tomans

Requirements

-MS or MA in human resource management, MBA, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Psychology We welcome new fresh and talented workers -Familiarity with labor laws and social security -Basic skills in , Excel, Power point, Word -Broad knowledge in human resource management -Full-time and dedicated worker -Team working and interpersonal skill
