-Coordination of tasks and follow up -Reporting to manager Director and commercial manager -Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments -Manage all incoming and outgoing (meeting, emails, letters and packages) -Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes -drafting letters and documents -Collecting and analyzing information -Direct cooperation with commercial manager and handling commercial features -Typing, preparing and collecting reports- formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, researching and routing correspondence -Prepares for meeting including ordering lunch, tea or coffee, booking conference rooms, sets up a projector or video conference units
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree
-At least 2 years’ experience
-Excellent communication, organizational and typing skills (Typing Persian/English)
-Organization Skill: Having experience in a big company with over 100 employees
-Honesty and personal maturity
-Computer Skill: Microsoft Outlook،Excel، Word،PowerPoint, Automation and Internet
-Writing Skills
-Ability to coordinate multiple activities
-Time Management
-Problem Solving
-Smart and fast learner
-Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work
-Fluency in Turkish, Arabic and English
