-Understand customer’s needs -Continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverable, and identify opportunities and risks -Work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute the roadmap. -Evaluate the product produced at each stage using data analysis, user testing, and feedback collection -Measure the impact of the new features you are developing on key performance metrics -Examine competitors' products and determine the position of the product in relation to them -Ensure the product quality and monitor the system to detect bugs as soon as possible and follow up until they’re resolved
Requirements
-At least 3 years of experience in Project management
-Background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of agile principles
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
-Familiar with analytics tools suitable for different stages and scales of the product and constantly monitors the status of the product
-Familiar with agile and scrum methods in software management and have experience working in agile teams
-Master the concepts of the user-centered design and be able to sketch, prototype, and test your idea
-Knowledge and experience of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Customer Support
-Proficiency in designing user experience from user research to usability testing
