Objective of the role: - Proper executive planning in order to achieve project goals at a reasonable cost and in the shortest possible time. List of responsibilities: - Planning and control of executive processes, - Selecting materials and hiring the right people, - Follow-up of administrative processes, - Arranging contracts, - Establish coordination between executive and office staff, - Quality control of operations, - Leads the company to achieve project goals faster.. - Reporting to: CEO. - Subordinates: All Executive & Office Staff. - Length of Probation Period: 2 Month. - Working hours: Saturday to Thursday: 8 am-5 pm. - Travel requirements: Sometimes Required. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: By Agreement . - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Not Defined .
Requirements
- University Qualifications: At Least BSc in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
- Other certifications obtained: Any related certification has points.
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in construction companies.
- Specialist knowledge: Drafting, Construction Calculations, Project Control, Surveying, Work with English language.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, flexibility, public relations, Leadership skills, Responsiveness and availability, Floating working hours.
