Job Description

• To manage rollout of projects as defined by customer, within agreed scope, quality, budget and time as contractually shown in the Project Implementation Plan and according to established project management principles.
• To develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, status reports, and budget forecasts.
• To manage risks, changes, reporting progress and stakeholders communication during implementation of the project.
• To proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet timelines, business, financial, and technical goals.
• To organize and chair regular project progress meetings with staff and subcontractors.
• To manage project quality and project acceptance issues to ensure delivery of the project based on agreed criteria and requirements by customers.
• Measuring and monitoring the performance of the technical teams.
• Creating, maintaining and developing the spirit of teamwork involved in projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of proven project/rollout management experience 5 years of which in mobile network implementation. • Relevant Academic/technical knowledge. • Familiarity with project management principles/PMPs Preferred. • English language proficiency (Both written and spoken). • Ability to travel Familiarity with MCI and MTN and Rightel rule of project for rollout, new site and relocation
