Job Description

- Preparing terms, rules, sales regulations
- Establishing a close relation to customers and evaluating their needs and demands and Performing sales negotiations
- Prepare all kind of sales reports to CEO
- Analyze received Information from customers to supply their needs
- Performing sales negotiations with key customers
- Coordinates with other departments as necessary for speeches, meeting & exhibitions
- Processes all incoming/ outgoing correspondence received in the office
- Follow up Duties raised by the manager to achieve expected results
- Prepare technical and commercial offer for customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Managing and training Sales department staffs
- Create Sales strategies
- Finding new and potential customers

Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree in engineering (preferably in relevant major) - At least 6 years’ experiences in sales and industrial instruments in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Steel sector. - Experience in Instrumentation and Industrial automation system - Complete ability to monitor all sales stages from ordering to sales supply and control and review sales orders - Ability in training of Sales experts - Solid knowledge in sales correspondence, Incoterms and administrative correspondence - Ability to prepare workflow and schedule work reports at regular intervals - Firm knowledge in working with CRM
