• Main Objective: Sales manager in a freight forwarder company is required. • Main Responsibilities: - Consult with managing director to provide business plans and Implement said performance plans - Build and maintain strong relationship based on excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and overseas agents. Conducting business meeting with potential company customer and accompany sales executives in their meetings - Manage sales executives; observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback. Train sales team to reach goals and handle their projects in hand - Provide weekly, monthly and annual sales report. Analyzing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and provide effective coaching to their team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of management experience and prior successful direct sales experience in shipping and forwarding field
- Good knowledge about shipping and forwarding and Air, Sea and overland procedure.
- Excellent leadership & team work skills
- Self-confident with ability to work under pressure
- Good computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills.
- Current Residence: Tehran
- Fluent in English
