Job Description

• Main Objective:
Sales manager in a shipping company is required

•Main Responsibilities:
-Consult with managing director to provide business plans and Implement said performance plans
-Build and maintain strong relationship based on excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and overseas agents
-Conducting business meeting with potential company customer and accompany sales executives in their meetings
-Manage sales executives; observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback
-Train sales team to reach goals and handle their projects in hand
-Provide weekly, monthly and annual sales report
-Analyzing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and provide effective coaching to their team

Requirements

-At least 5 years of management experience and prior successful direct sales experience in shipping and forwarding field -Good knowledge about shipping and forwarding and Air, Sea and overland procedure. -Excellent leadership & team work skills -Self-confident with ability to work under pressure -Good computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills -Current Residence: Tehran -Fluent in English
