Job Description

- Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
- Implement strategic and tactical sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and total annual sales objectives.
- According to a sales plan, execute sales and marketing activities, and get the feedback timely, deliver the product/marketing key information in order to guarantee doctor's right prescription by scientific promotion activities. Eg. Organize the PPT lecture, Organize the round table meeting together with KOL. Assist the promotion meeting together with marketing dept etc
- Plan and conduct effective sales meetings and launch any Company issued programs and promotions.
- Direct and monitor the execution of approved marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
- Effectively manages the region's budget.
- Analyze sales reports and develop plans of action.
- Communicate with Manager about the market situation and development trend.
- Maintain complete records and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports as directed by management.
- Recruit, train, retain, motivate, develop, and lead diverse, high-performing Representatives to their full potential.
- Control and management of scientific representatives and Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual plan for them
- Establish, model, and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the team
- Conduct field travel with each Medical Representative on a consistent basis, calling on key accounts, institutions, and customers as assigned by the Company.
- Be able to coach a variety of sales Representative style types and leverage the organizational competency model.
- Promote the fair, objective, and consistent resolution of employee relations and compliance issues by coaching them
- Maintain timely communications with Medical Representatives and management.
- Regularly analyze product performance in the assigned area, and the market data on a particular segment (brick-level) and propose an action plan.
- Identify and acknowledge individual strengths and needs within the region.
- Provide input into the effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.
- Managing key customers and ensuring long term relationships and repeating business.
- Monitor all activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Managing contact list

Requirements

- Employment Type: Full Time - Min. 5 years of sales/marketing experience preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry - Min. Masters degree, preferably Sales or Marketing related education - Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office) - Product Knowledge and understanding of the market - Ability to travel across Iran if the need arises. - Active and motivated. -The initiative, Independence and well-organized - Have problem analysis and problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and attain customer satisfaction - Great communications skills, team player, customer-centric, and result-oriented
