Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution and key account sales management
- Bacelor or masters degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Reporting on sales results
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Sales and marketing skills (knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.)
- Customer and Personal Service (Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.)
- Administration and management skills (knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
