We’re discovering new ways to educate, exploring new paths to diagnosis, and opening digitally enabled pathways to connected care.. List of responsibilities: Sales & Business Planning
• Maintain effective relationships with hospital channel and secure increased business/sales in line with growth expectations • Identify prospective hospital channel and develop business/sales in line with budgeting requirements • Meet defined sales budgets via the application of strategic selling and hospital channel management methodologies • Drive pathway development for our portfolio with hospital channel • Develop and manage hospital channels and key account to maximize our sales coverage throughout South Korea. • Promote product range, monitor, and train, motivate and oversee our key account hospitals. • Follow up any government regulatory business and support in any tender matters. Communicate all new tenders to the attention of management and drive appropriate action plans • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key clinicians within allocated territories or channels covering our product portfolio and necessary portfolio. • Develop professional hospital channels in national reimbursement market changes for RC market, and secure increased business/sales in line with growth expectations • Meet defined sales budgets via the application of patient centric approach and professional hospital /clinic channel engagement methodologies • Drive pathway development for our portfolio within allocated professional hospital / clinics channel • Fully organize and drive clinical educational training, seminar in professional hospital/clinic channels New Business Development
• Identify prospective new business opportunities RC, develop business/sales in line with market expansion Cross-functional collaboration
• Support appropriate promotional activities and for partners for both portfolios in partnership with Marketing • Coordinate activities that increase general and medical community NIV awareness. • Drive appropriate promotional activities with marketing for professional hospital / clinic channels Customer Training Lead
• Develop professional hospital / clinic channel and user network in COPD, NMD, Paediatrics etc. and engage these networks to drive brand acceptance and usage. Develop clinical cases which can be used for peer education and event presentation. • Execute on-site respiratory center staff training to help customers apply our devices on their patients to ensure better clinical outcomes. • Expedite the resolution of any issues about clinical application ensuring the highest standards of customer experience is received and maintained based on the clinical evidence. Clinical Leadership
• Maintain up to date clinical and technical knowledge of trend and clinical practice in areas relevant to our business by attending scientific events and planned interaction with key stakeholders. • Develop positive, professional relationships with key clinical and nursing staff ensuring ResMed builds competitive advantage through clinical leadership and support. Technical Responsibilities
• Facilitate existing client service/warranty claims as required in accordance to protocol • Provide field feedback to marketing and regional teams on product design and applications as required • Provide professional hospital / clinic channels feedback to marketing and regional teams on product design and applications as required Administration
• Prepare periodic territory, account and channel planning reports & forecasts as required • Conduct reviews of business progress in professional hospital / clinic channels on a regular basis with team.
Reporting to: Sales Manager. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month. Working hours: Sat - Wed 8:30 ~ 17:00 , Thu 8:30 ~ 13:00. Travel requirements: No.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business, Sciences (e.g. Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology etc.)
• Good communication skills in both Persian and English.
• Commercial and Marketing experience at least 3 years (Positive Point)
• Experience in industries such as consumer healthcare, consumer Med-Tech, capital equipment, and healthcare consulting will be preferred
• Experience in respiratory or sleep area will be preferred
• Clinician experience will be preferred
• Good Computer Skills (Ms Office , Internet , ...)
