Job Description

-Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that HR & Administration operations are run efficiently.
-Acting as the point of contact between the department and colleagues.
-Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks.
-Execute administration tasks, including phone calls, emails, letters, travel arrangements and other similar tasks.
-Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
-Set appointments, interviews, meetings and so on.
-Engage in event planning.

Requirements

-Ability to prioritize tasks and organize a daily workload by priorities -A proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making skill -Well-developed organizational skill. -Attention to detail -Fluent in English -Gender : Female -Professional level of written communication skill (Persian & English) -Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts -Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience -In-depth understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point). -Having experiences in Administration related software (like PW Kara) is an advantage. -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
