Job Description

- Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations.
- Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related Equipment and software.
- Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
- Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts)
- Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus.
- Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
- Performing timely workstation hardware and software Upgrades as required.
- Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computers assets, etc.
- Managing all system back-up and restore systems.

Requirements

- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, - Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software, - Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis, - Good Customer Service Skills, - Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience - Working experience in FMCG companies is a plus. - Strong communication skills - Enable to work under pressure and great sense of urgency - University degree in Computer Hardware - Good knowledge of Networking and Mikrotik .Wan, LAN, etc. - Ensure that the helpdesk operates in an effective manner so that Service Level Agreements are met.
