- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; in job sites. - Arranging and conducting recruitment Interviews and evaluation of job candidates - Maintain the HR files and database of all employees - Supporting new joiners induction and onboarding process - Prepare HR reports such as manpower, training, recruitment report, organizational chart, etc. - Responsible to provide general administrative services and support to HR such as pre-Employment requirements collection, supplies requisition, etc.
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Human Resources or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Open to frequent travelling
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of HR processes, policies and procedures
