Job Description

- Implementation of human resource processes (such as recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
- Identify improvable points during each process and collect the required data
- Identify problems and try to solve them

- Fluent in job description design - Experience in the recruitment process, compile job advertisements and identify suitable channels - Recognize the roles, their function and recognize the suitability of people with the job position - Ability to develop a business network, Familiar with EVP, and employer brand promotion - Ability to work with ATS
