• Manage & Control all Recruitment processes & functions. • Performing all Recruitment tasks including advertisement, Screening, Coordinating interviews, Result announcements. • Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs. • Familiar with the job classification process and personality tests • To ensure performance management process will run smoothly, to support arranging respective sessions for talent discussion • Training planning based on needs assessment and short / long term goals of the organization • Design and implementation payroll system including time, and wage entry, processing of payroll information, compensation and promotion system

- More than 3 years of work experience in the field of human resources
- B.S./ M.S. in Human Resources or relevant field
- Deep knowledge in HR field
- Familiar with HR Processes
- Expert in M.S. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work as a team player
- Strong communication, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and problem
- Solving skills
- High flexibility
