Job Description

• Implementation and development of human resource systems and plans.
• Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
• Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
• Attract and hire employees and related process.
• Follow up and perform matters related to the performance management of employees.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to gain positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Human resources software. • Expert in MS.office. • Have good self-candidate to relate with employers. • Having good knowledge in human resource. • Having full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
