• Strong academic knowledge in the field of human resources
• Interested and experienced in creating, designing and developing human resource structures and processes and other structures related to this field.
• Systematic understanding, capable and interested in diagnosing and solving problems
• Able to design new tools to improve processes
• Ability to establish extensive and favorable communication with different people and units
• Self-learner
• Job-appropriate emotional intelligence (high tolerance , flexible in high-pressure working conditions)
• Capable of analysis and reporting
