- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department. - Oversees the daily workflow of the department. - Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements - Human resource development and training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least 15 years experience in the HR field
- Familiar with Iranian laws and regulations
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits
