Job Description
What you’ll do:
· Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, close deals and manage accounts on a daily basis;
· Fulfill monthly sales target with the sales team;
· Develop positive relationships with clients;
· Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
· Report on the status of accounts and transactions
· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
· Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
· Conduct customer site visits and required service including system tests, preventative maintenance, consultations, and customer relations
· Troubleshoot and implement continuous improvements with clientele
· Maintain professional working relationships with prospects and clients
· Prospecting by cold calling and sales strategies etc to obtain new clientele
· Generate unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies.
· Drive strategies to increase service awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
· Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
· Develop target marketing/communication campaigns, within industries of opportunity.
· Implement new sales plans and advertising.
· Manage, contribute to and grow our presence on social media platforms and websites.
· Provide market research to obtain relevant information on potential business opportunities.
· Continually seek and research new sources of prospective clients and provide recommendations.
· Create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry
